Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra is Hiring For Service Desk Associates Tech Support (International).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduates with Computer Background/UG with Minimum 1 year Experience into International voice is preferred.
- Work Experience: 0 – 5 years experience in Service Desk environment.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Basic Desktop troubleshooting.
- IE & Outlook troubleshooting.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting.
- Installation of Microsoft applications.
Skype & O365 troubleshooting
- Share point (Access Provisioning & Troubleshooting).
- Folder Access.
- AD Account Management.
- Creation, Modification & Deletion of accounts.
- Password Reset.
Account Un-lock
- Adding users to security group in AD.
- VPN troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in Ticketing tools.
Other Essential Skills:
- Good communication skills Written and Verbal.
- Good Analytical Skills and presence of Mind.
- Good Problem solving and Reasoning skills.
- Multi Tasking and Time Management skills.
