Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra is Hiring For International Non Voice Process Email and Chat Support – Chennai.
- Job Role: Associate.
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via chat and mail.
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off.
- Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Work From Office).
Salary:
- Fresher Salary – CTC 2.5 LPA | Experienced Salary – CTC 5 LPA.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Arts and Science and Engineering Graduates can apply.
- Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written.
- Should have basic knowledge about ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support.
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues.
- Should have typing speed of min 30wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
