Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service attitude.
- Outbound calls.
- Excellent Communication skills: Should be able to speak well in English & Hindi.
- 24/7 Rotational Shift, 6 Days working, 1 Rotational Off.
Pre-Requisites Model:
- Personal Computer or Laptop.
- Working charger.
- Active camera.
- Mobile Phone for call handling / Headset including Mic.
- Working/Fully functional (in a good condition) asset.
- System Config – RAM in Laptop/Desktop – 4 to 8GB RAM Proceser-I3 and above, 500 GB hard disk (Most suitable for WFH).
- Genuine Windows win 10 (License Version), IE10.
- High Speed broadband Connectivity or Wi-Fi/Dongle.
- Minimum speed requirement is 5 MBPS.
- Hands free headset is required.
- Require Internet Explorer version is 10 or above with .NET framework 4.0 or above.
Salary:
- Salary 12752/- per month (80% fixed + 20% variable) + Internet Allowance.
