Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring for Freshers – Service Desk (Technical Support|International Voice).
• Work from Office/Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts) Rotational off.
• Both side Transportation Provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any BTech Graduate / Freshers / 6 months to 1 year can apply.
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge.
• Only Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.

Top Drivers:

• Merchandising Services App issues such as app not showing all store details (Rack/bay), Incorrect Planogram, etc.
• Unable to login to smartphones.
• Account Lockouts/Password resets with Store Accounts.

Key Points:

• Knowledge on issue resolutions through Active Directory.
• To have knowledge of MDM applications like AirWatch, intune, etc.
• Have supported mobile devices like Apple and Android devices including iPads.
• Any experience on Store mobile devices like Zebra devices will be advantageous.
