Job Description:

• We are looking for Freshers who would be able to handle the Customer Support role in Chat Process for an International Telecom domain.
• Only Immediate Joiners.
• Flexibility: 24/7 with any 2 rotational Off.
• 2 Way cab facility.
• Work Location: Chennai Sholinganallur, Tech Mahindra Campus (WFO).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & 6 months experienced can apply.
• Excellent communication skills to reciprocate with Australian based customers.
• Applicant should be flexible to work in any of the scheduled shift as this is 24 x 7 support.
• Excellent Communication Skills in Verbal, Written & Comprehension.
• Knowledge on basic customer support role.
• Logical thinking & decision making.

Interview Process:

• HR.
• Precise writing.
• OPS (Technical round).
