Eligibility Criteria:

  • Date of Birth should be more then 1992 Age below 25 are eligible.
  • Its not a technical job hence candidates with technical qualification need not required to apply for this job.
  • BE, BTech, MTech, MSc Graduates are not eligible.
  • Only Full Time courses would be considered.
  • Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%).
  • Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
  • Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply.
  • Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
  • General shift only.

Job Description:

  • Resolve customer queries and issues and Ensure quality of services delivered.
  • Escalate customer issues for quick resolution and Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs.
  • Report to the Team Lead / Customer Service Manager.
  • Decent Communication skills and Inter personal skills.
  • Computer savvy and Good Keyboard Skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in English and Telugu language.
