Eligibility Criteria:
- Date of Birth should be more then 1992 Age below 25 are eligible.
- Its not a technical job hence candidates with technical qualification need not required to apply for this job.
- BE, BTech, MTech, MSc Graduates are not eligible.
- Only Full Time courses would be considered.
- Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%).
- Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
- Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply.
- Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
- General shift only.
Job Description:
- Resolve customer queries and issues and Ensure quality of services delivered.
- Escalate customer issues for quick resolution and Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs.
- Report to the Team Lead / Customer Service Manager.
- Decent Communication skills and Inter personal skills.
- Computer savvy and Good Keyboard Skills with high accuracy.
- Proficient in English and Telugu language.

- One Passport Size Photograph.
- Address proofs and PAN Card must.
