Job Description (TCS BPS Hiring Drive):
- TCS BPS is opening its gates for Arts, Commerce & Science graduates from the 2019, 2020 and 2021 batch to apply for exciting career opportunities for freshers.
- The objective is to select the best talent in the country from the 2019, 2020 and 2021 batch to fuel the growth plan of the organization through its Business Strategy and provide exceptional performers the opportunity to be part of TCS’ fastest growing units – Cognitive Business Operations (CBO), Banking and Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and Life Sciences in various enriching roles that amplify their career growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students should have NO active backlog at the time of appearing for the Exam (To be cleared within the Stipulated Time Duration).
- Students should be between the age of 18 to 28 years at the time of appearing TCS selection process.
- The overall gap in academics should NOT exceed 2 years.
- Students should not have any Extended Education in their highest qualification.
- Students should be comfortable working in 24 x 7 work environment in rotational night shifts depending on the project requirements.
- TCS will be doing Eligibility Checks at various stages of the selection process. If a student is found to be ineligible at any stage of the process, TCS reserves every right to not proceed with the candidature.

Your candidature for TCS BPS Hiring will be considered only after completing the below mentioned steps:
- Register in TCS Nextstep Portal by using this link https://nextstep.tcs.com (It is mandatory to complete application form & submit).
- On successful registration, you should see a pop-up with your CT/DT Number.
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive further details about your Hall ticket and the TCS BPS Test.
Test Details:
The test will have 80 questions that have to be answered in 120 minutes. It comprises the following sections:
- Verbal Ability (24 questions) – 30 Minutes.
- Reasoning Ability (30 Questions) – 50 Minutes.
- Numerical Ability (26 Questions) – 40 Minutes.

Test Date: 6th June 2021
Interview Date: To be announced post test results.
