Job Description:

- A talented, energetic individual to join our IT global support team focusing on engineering support on diverse technologies, platform, process, tools both for on prem and evolving to cloud aspects.
- We have multiple opportunity areas within the organization in the areas of Unix/Linux, storage , automation, to provide analytical and statistical analysis of our compute environment.
- Candidate should be passionate in delivering customer support in collaboration with multiple teams globally, troubleshooting and problem solving ability in complex Linux environment, good Analytical Skills through Scripting and Programming.
- Candidate should possess attributes with good communications skills and agility in learning, Knowledge of basic in UNIX/Linux system administration and simple Programming is essential.
- Typically require college fresher and preferable with some period of internship.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Typically requires no previous professional experience.
- Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training.
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Follows standard practices and specific, outlined, and detailed procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Builds routine working relationships internally. Contacts are primarily with direct manager and other peers in the group or department.
Preferred Skills:
- Looking out for just out of college Graduates and preferable is with 1 year of internship.
- BTech or equivalent degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- Project Experience in programming & scripting (Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript) is preferred.
- Understanding of basic OS and Application issues within Unix /Linux Operating Systems.
- Understanding around Network Concepts and OS fundamentals added advantage.
- Positive attitude, the ability to learn , creative thinking and Innovation .
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Follow standard practices and detailed procedures.
- Develop, document and implement standard procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to our ‘team first’ dynamic.
- Learn and create technical documentation and Automation of routine tasks.
- Help ensure compliance to Synopsys security policy.
- Candidate should be flexible to work on rotational 24-hour shifts.
