Job Description:
- SITEL Hyderabad is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.
- Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
- Consistently achieves call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 years to 35 years.
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students).
- Work Experience: Any Under Grad or Graduate freshers.
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Salary: As per Market Standards
Job Description For International Voice (Technical Support Level):
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers.
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must Have Strong Technical Knowledge (Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts).
- Working Days: 5 days working.
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split).
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
- All Interviews will happen over Telephonic or Skype.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Call Center experience a plus.
- Provide a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelors in a related field.
Experience Target:
- Call Center experience a plus.
