• Genpact Mega Walkin Drive for Customer Service: Non-Voice Roles (Hindi+English) – Hyderabad.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Work from office).
• Languages Known: Hindi+English.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Except Law).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Freshers are eligible.
• Candidate should be able to Speak/read/comprehend in Hindi and English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach.
• Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
