Job Description:
- RIG Enterprise Applications is hiring for Devops Engineer Intern.
- Duration: 3 to 4 Months.
- Work Mode: Work From Office.
- Work Location: Cyber pearl, Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Student from Computer Science Engineering.
- We prefer trained candidates.
- Candidates available for full-time (in-office) internships.
- Candidates have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Excellent Communication Skills in oral and written English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Support server, network, and database configuration and maintenance.
2. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):
- Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes with development teams.
- Ensure efficient code releases via version control systems (Git, SVN).
3. Containerization and Orchestration:
- Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Deploy scalable and resilient applications using microservices architecture.
4. Monitoring and Alerting:
- Set up monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for system performance.
- Proactively manage incidents with alerts and notifications.
- Participate in incident response and continuous improvement analysis.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate with teams to support development and operations.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Contribute to team meetings, discussions, and project planning.
Preference will be given to candidates who have undergone training in the specified tools and technologies:
- CI/CD -Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Scripting -Power shell / shell scripting.
- Server configuration -NOSQL (Mongo DB, Elastic search) Server configuration.
- Orchestration tools – AKS, GKE or EKS.
- Containerization -Docker.
- Web Server Management -NGINX or APACHE and Windows IIS Server.
