Job Description:

• Quest Global is hiring freshers for US Recruiter.
• Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift).
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and hiring practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in (BE, BCA, BSc, MBA HR preferred).
• Fresh graduates from 2025, or 2026 batches can apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of recruitment or HR concepts.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in US shift timings.
