Job Description:

• Quest Global is hiring freshers for US Recruiter.
• We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our recruitment team as a US Recruiter.
• The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the United States.
• This role offers excellent exposure to the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Shift: US Shift/Night Shift.
• 5 Days Working.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (BCA, BE, B.Sc.).
• Fresh graduates and candidates looking to start a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes.
• Exposure to LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong learning attitude and positive mindset.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift/Night shift.
