Job Description:
- Providing technical support for our clients products.
- Possess immaculate written and oral English language skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Responsible to take care of application installations.
- Provide an effective and efficient client response service.
- Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site
- Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment
- Responsible to take timely backups and work closely with the production team.
- Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (code review, database queries, traces, debug, etc).
- Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues.
- Responsible to provide support by utilizing technical skills and product expertise, and helps resolve production issues.
- Providing analysis into technical and functional issues and escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams
Desired Skills:
- MS SQL
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner with good communication skills.
- Excellent analysis, problem solving skills required.
- Knowledge in C#.Net, SQL will be an added advantage.
- Should be ready to work in 24×7 environments.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
