Job Description:

  • Providing technical support for our clients products.
  • Possess immaculate written and oral English language skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Responsible to take care of application installations.
  • Provide an effective and efficient client response service.
  • Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site
  • Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment
  • Responsible to take timely backups and work closely with the production team.
  • Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (code review, database queries, traces, debug, etc).
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues.
  • Responsible to provide support by utilizing technical skills and product expertise, and helps resolve production issues.
  • Providing analysis into technical and functional issues and escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams

Desired Skills:

  • MS SQL
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner with good communication skills.
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving skills required.
  • Knowledge in C#.Net, SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Should be ready to work in 24×7 environments.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
