Job Description:
- Incedo hiring Freshers as Trainee Software Engineer – Pune.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree above in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
- Academic year 2020, 2021 Pass out may apply.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, able to use English to communicate with worldwide peers.
- Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols, familiar with protocols of VLAN, Routing, TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP, DNS and etc.
- Good to have Certification: CCNA or CCNA Security.
- Excellent Communication skills is a must.
- Candidate who can join immediately may apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for network issues via phone calls, email, WebEx and CRM.
- Troubleshoot issues, verify in lab environment, restore network services with confirmed resolutions, and update with the results.
- Issues recreation in network lab, defect creation and verification.
- Communicate internally with developers, QA and field engineers.
- Update issues in timely/kindly manner.
