Job Description:

• HCLTech is Hiring Freshers for the Customer Support Role.
• We are seeking Digital Marketing Associates (Freshers) to join our team.
• The Associate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing information in a clear and comprehensible manner via email and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in English is a must, as communication with foreign clients is required.
• Position: Process Associate.
• Work Schedule: 5 Days in Office.
• Shifts: Rotational & Night Shifts.
• Transport Facilities: Provided.
• Work Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is a must.
• BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA graduates are not eligible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide email and outbound call support services with an emphasis on account optimization and troubleshooting ad campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Good understanding of internet architecture and web concepts as they relate to digital advertising.
• Familiarity with ad serving and ad/account optimizations.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze reports and user interfaces to derive meaningful insights.
• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge in a practical environment.

Customer Service Skills:

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well with individuals and teams.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (mostly night shifts).
• Positive mindset and openness to feedback.
