Job Description:

• We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our International Chat Process team.
• This is a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in customer support.
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Salary: 14,000 to 18,000 (in-hand).
• Shift: Rotational Shifts.
• Work Location: Hitec City, CGS India near Yashoda Hospital.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have completed 10+2.
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience needed.
• Good written English skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chat with customers to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Work with the team to improve services.

Interview Process:

• Only 3 rounds of interviews.
• No Interviews On Saturday And Sunday.
