Job Description:
- HCL DPO is hiring for Product Support Analyst role for one of its prominent clientele in Publishing domain.
- Immediate Joiners only preferred (0-45 days).
- Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Night shifts included).
- Work Location: Hyderabad.
- Walkin Location: Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers 2018/2019 with excellent communication are also eligible.
- 2020 graduates will not be entertained.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad serving issues for high-end clientele.
- Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers.
- Issues can be related to ad serving / reporting / ad delivery / page implementation / creative development.
- Work along with publishers on accounts to enable features and resolve UI related issues.
Interview Process (Primary Skills):
The interview process will involve multiple rounds of screening based on the below parameters. Request you to come prepared.
- Round 1 (Advanced communication screening) – Excellent written language skills in English a must.
- Round 2 (Logical reasoning aptitude test) – Logical thinking and approach.
- Round 3 (Technical interview) – Indepth knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript is a must.
Secondary Skills (Technical Skills):
- Good understanding of web concepts and development technologies.
- Online marketing capabilities.
- Using tools for debugging.
