- Working in a virtual branch banking environment that includes current & Savings account, Credit Cards Opening & Servicing, Payments & Fund transfer.
- High levels of accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to accurately comprehend the customer request while processing the account.
- A career in International Banking Process.
- Shift: UK Shift (Candidates should be flexible to work in night shift as well)
- Work Location: Ambattur, Chennai.
Desired Skills:
- Flair knowledge in the banking process.
- Should have good typing skills and excellent communication.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA.
- Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined Matrix.
Technical Expertise:
- MS-Office.
- Typing skills – 25 WPM.
