Eligibility Criteria:
- Students who are done CCNA, CCNP Certification is Mandatory.
- Knowledge on Routing, Switching & Security with CCNA, CCNP certification.
- Knowledge on Cisco devices.
- Should have working centralized monitoring/management/logging systems.
- Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.
- Real time experience of handling a crisis scenario.
- Team Player and Customer Oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting initial device connectivity with network techs.
- Troubleshoot on Level 2 Calls from customers.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Provide information that is timely, complete, accurate, appropriate, and accessible
- Document all communication with customers in ticketing tool.
- Mandate to work in US shifts.
- Coordination of connectivity, testing, and/or troubleshooting of service with customer and/or applicable third-party providers if necessary
