Job Description:

• Genpact Virtual Drive for HR Consultant Role – Hyderabad.
• Shifts: 10 AM to 8 PM.
• We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Consultant to join our dynamic HR team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet our companys hiring needs across various positions.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (except law)
• Freshers are eligible.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing
• Recruitment & Screening.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Posting: Post job openings on various platforms and job boards. Hence, having an experience with various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Recruitment Process Management: Support in organizing and attending job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
• Analyse sourcing channels to optimize recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, orientation, and induction.
