- Cognizant is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care – Voice & Non Voice Process.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any Field).
- Fresher / Experience (0-5 years).
- Not applicable for pursuing under-graduates.
- Fluent in English and Regional languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice/content moderation.
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skill.
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
- Must be able to work in Rotational Shifts.
