Job Description:

  • Cognizant is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care – Voice & Non Voice Process.
  • We are looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
  • Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Shifts: Flexible to work in any shifts (24/7).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Any Field).
  • Fresher / Experience (0-5 years).
  • Not applicable for pursuing under-graduates.
  • Fluent in English and Regional languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice/content moderation.
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skill.
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach.
  • Must be able to work in Rotational Shifts.
