Job Description:
- Job purpose: Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates.
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation).
Job Responsibilities:
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target.
- Manage different types of candidates at the same time.
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time.
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management.
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done.
- Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly.
- Update ATS tool daily/weekly.

Experience in candidate relationship management
Experience working for IT recruitment.
