Job Description:
- Genpact is inviting applications for Fresher Commerce Graduates.
- We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the function of the position, Work in the back office process, transaction processing & data entry of customer details and the understanding of product categories in a time sensitive manner.
- This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Graduate except Technical.
- Only Freshers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Banking or Insurance industry would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English language- both written and oral.
Job Responsibilities:
- Transaction processing and Data Entry of customer details.
- Research and resolve like kind Quality replacements.
- Provide Quick and effective resolution to customer’s queries.
- Insurance/Banking exposure.
