Job Description:

• Fission Labs is hiring freshers for HR Intern.
• We’re looking for an intern in Human Resources team who’s excited to build great employee experiences from day one.
• If you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup, interacting with people, and keeping things organized, this role is for you.
• Job Type: Full Time.
• Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office.
• Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis).
• Good presentation skills (PPT / Google Slides).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Zeal to work and thrive in fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Experience

• Own the onboarding process end-to-end to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
• Coordinate documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

Employee Connect

• Be the go-to person for employee queries and support.
• Help build a positive, engaging workplace culture.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

HR Operations & Records

• Maintain employee personal files (digital + physical) with high accuracy
• Keep HR data organized, updated, and confidential

Data, Excel & Presentations

• Manage HR trackers, reports, and MIS in Excel
• Create clean, insightful presentations for internal reviews
• Support basic HR analytics and reporting
