Job Description:
- Reporting To: Team Leader.
- Process Executive GSC Support will be part of BPO team supporting Multiple activities for our Group Service Centre.
- In this role the Process Executive will manage transactional and reporting activities.
- Support transactional and reporting tasks.
- Ensure all transactions are completed on time with high accuracy.
- Ability to work on multiple transactional processes.
- Maintain and improve key performance measures.
- Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in any stream.
- Total experience of 0-1 years.
- Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint will be a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication.
