Job Description:

• Dover is hiring for Technical Support Engineer – Bangalore Location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• This is only for 2023 to be passout candidates of BSc (Computer science/Physics/Chemistry/Maths).

Critical To Quality (CTQ) Parameters for Candidate Assessment (Must Have Skills):

• 0-2 years of Experience in supporting applications on cloud platforms as well as on-premises.
• Prior production support experience is desirable.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have a flair for customer service.
• Web based tools handling skills.
• Follow-up with customer and internal escalation teams to ensure resolution of issue.
• Having good content writing skills esp technical writing.
• Exposure to tools required for technical documentation.
• Good communication skills with good attitude.
• Understand the customer pulse over phone. Courteous and polite communication.
• Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and get the desired information required for troubleshooting of issues.
• Should have working knowledge of Windows OS and Linux.
• Should have working knowledge of Databases like MYSQL or Oracle etc.
• Should have good analytical and trouble shooting Skills.
