Job Description:

• Deloitte is hiring for Services Support Associate (Learning Operations).
• Are you an individual who is customer service oriented and enjoy providing service to internal clients in different countries?
• The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe.
• At Deloitte, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of industries and business models, helping your career growth and professional development.
• Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM.

Work you’ll do:

As a Services Support Associate II on the Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities.
• Managing administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry requirements.
• Communicating with stakeholders and team leads regarding task status, requirements, and deliverables.
• Performing quality checks and submitting work with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Demonstrating ownership, accountability, and prioritization while contributing to team and firm initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate Degree.
• 0-5 years of experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment.
• Experience supporting administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates.
• Experience using business email and applying email etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience using virtual platforms, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience handling cases or tickets.
• Experience interacting with internal clients to understand and address requirements.
