- Should be comfortable to work in rotational Shifts.
Job Description:
- Installation or configuring desktops.
- strong hardware experience.
- strong desktop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.
- Configuring Outlook/Ms-outlook.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router& switches.
- Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports.
- Handling Kick start/PXE for automate installation.
- Different type of software installation.
- Creating and managing user & group a/c and their policies.
- Manage logs files.
- Managing Disk space, Processor/Memory/Network/process Utilization related to client/server.
- Handle and manage on site troubleshooting problem like network/ filesystem/ booting/rescue. .mode/hardware.
- Incumbent will get experience and exposure on End user support and IT infra skills such as Desktop, Network, service desk, etc.
