Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Specific Branch: Computer Science preferred, all branches accepted.
- Percentage: 10th – 60%, 12th – 60%, Degree – 60%, Post Graduation – 60%.
- Additional Criteria: No Current Backlog.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by following prescribed procedures.
- Research reported incidents using available information sources and tools.
- Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software, applications or basic network-related incidents Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool.
- Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate support team. Proactively monitor, follow up and expedite the resolution of assigned and pending tickets.
- Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action. Stay current with system information, changes and update.
- Adhere to work schedules, attendance and leave policies.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision makers at customer organizations.
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving capabilities, Ability to learn and adapt to latest technologies.
- Any IT skill (Network/Windows/Unix/DBA) will be great to have.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
