Qualification: Any Graduation, BSc, BCom, BBA, Diploma

Job Description:

• Receiving Technical requests and logging the requests in the ticketing Tool JIRA
• Very good in English speaking/writing capabilities
• Understanding of Oracle products and Technical Issues Resolution Life Cycle
• Client call handling and issue severity qualification, if required
• Must willing to work in night shift.
• Punctual, diligent and sincere professional
• Support desk operation 7×24.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts is a must.
• Shifts involve early day, late day and night shift.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in JIRA ticketing system is an added advantage; equivalent systems like Remedy, PeopleSoft/Vantive are welcome.
• Prior working experience in Oracle Metalink Support or Multi-Client IT support desk
• ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
