Salary: Rs. 2,00,000 – 2,25,000/- per annum
Qualification: Any Graduation, BSc, BCom, BBA, Diploma
Job Description:
- Receiving Technical requests and logging the requests in the ticketing Tool JIRA
- Very good in English speaking/writing capabilities
- Understanding of Oracle products and Technical Issues Resolution Life Cycle
- Client call handling and issue severity qualification, if required
- Must willing to work in night shift.
- Punctual, diligent and sincere professional
- Support desk operation 7×24.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts is a must.
- Shifts involve early day, late day and night shift.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in JIRA ticketing system is an added advantage; equivalent systems like Remedy, PeopleSoft/Vantive are welcome.
- Prior working experience in Oracle Metalink Support or Multi-Client IT support desk
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
