Job Description:
1. Seller Support Executive: Non Voice (Email and Chat Support) – Level 3
- Experience Range: 0 – 1 year.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- For Chat Support fluency in written English is mandatory.
- The Seller Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party sellers.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues over chat and emails.
- Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24/7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts including night shifts.
2. Team Tron (Level 2):
- Experience Range: 0 – 1 year.
- Any Bachelors degree and above.
- Understand performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results.
- Analyze and detect exceptions.
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
- Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts (24/7 shifts) and staggered week offs.
- Understands and adheres to SOP.
- Rotational and Night Shift.

- Graduation is mandatory and 2017 and 2018 Pass Outs (Graduates) please carry Consolidated Mark sheet or Provisional Degree Certificate.
