Job Description:

1. Seller Support Executive (Email Support / Voice Support – Level 3):

• Experience Range: 0 – 4 Years.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• For Voice Support fluency in Hindi is mandatory along with fluency in English.
• For Chat Support fluency in English is mandatory.
• The Seller Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party sellers.
• Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24/7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts.
• Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues over chat and emails.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts including night shifts.

2. Alexa Data Services (Level 2):

Amazon is for seeking Speech and Language Transcribers to transcribe and annotate speech, who will be based out of our Hyderabad Office. The candidate will work under the direction of the Team Manager and must be capable of delivering high quality output under aggressive deadlines. Specifically, the Transcriber will:

• Experience Range: 0 – 1 Year.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24/7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts.
• Provide hands-on transcription and annotation services.
• Translate established guidelines into daily work practices.
• Work autonomously with minimum direction.

3. Last Mile Team (Level 3):

• Experience 0 – 4 Years.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• The Last Mile Analytics and Quality Team in Hyderabad is looking for Support Engineers who will act as first level support for address, geocode and static route management in Last Mile with multiple Transportation services along with other operational issues and activities related to Transportation process and optimization.
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
• Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24/7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts.
