Job Description:
- We are hiring Virtual Customer Service Associate for Voice and Chat Process at Amazon Development Center (India).
- We are hiring immediate joiners, candidates located only in the above mentioned locations are eligible for this opportunity (Candidates from other locations kindly ignore this job posting).
- Shift: 24/7 Shift (Should be comfortable to work any 9 hours a day including Night shift with 2 consecutive rotational week offs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be fluent in English communication and willing to work in night shift
- Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and pursuing a regular education are not eligible.
Salary:
- Noida and Pune – 2.17 LPA to 3 LPA.
- Indore – 1.69 LPA to 2.2 LPA.
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:
- Zeta Meal Card – Rs. 1100/month i.e. 13,200/- PA.
- Health insurance benefit 5 LPA.
- Night Shift Allowance – Rs. 150/Night.
- Internet Allowance (Only work from home) – up to Rs. 1250.
