Job Description:
- Amazon is Hiring for Digital & Device Alexa Support Associate – Hyderabad.
- An Amazon Digital & Device Alexa Support Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
- This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
- Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Education Qualification is 10+2 Pass (candidates should not be pursuing any fulltime course).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Flexible with 24/7 shift (Day/Night Shifts) and rotational week offs.
- Current Location should be Hyderabad (Mandatory).
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:
- Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 Per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
- Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night
- Overtime Allowance as per company policy
- Internet Reimbursement Up to INR 1,250 Per month on submission of bills(For Work from home roles)
- System/ Desktop will be provided by Amazon 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirements)
