Your Role:
- In this role, it’s all about enabling our customers to be more effective employers.
- Our service teams make it happen by collaborating with our clients and other key internal stakeholders to ensure that we provide Everyday Excellence and improve our clients experience.
- As a Trainee, you will assist in payroll processing by providing inputs and preparation of pay sheets for clients.
What you’ll do:
- Receive input from clients
- Preparation of import files and upload it into the payroll engine
- Process and prepare pay sheets which are to be presented to the checker for validation.
- All processing to be done using ADP payroll engine.
- Adhere to ADPs quality standards, policies & procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to showcase working knowledge on basic Excel is expected.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
