Job Description:

• Eaton is hiring for IT Apprentice (Manufacturing IT/MES).
• Work Type: Hybrid.
• Work Location: Pune.
• We are seeking enthusiastic campus graduates to join our Manufacturing IT/MES team supporting Ignition SCADA and/or MES Apriso platforms used in global manufacturing plants.
• This role offers hands on exposure to Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support MES / SCADA applications (Ignition/Apriso).
• Assist in configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Support production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
• Develop basic screens, reports, scripts, and dashboards.
• Participate in UAT, documentation, and release activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge):

• Programming: Java/DotNet/Python/SQL (any one).
• Databases: (SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL – basics).
• Interest in manufacturing systems, MES, or automation.
• Willingness to learn Ignition SCADA / Apriso MES.
