Job Summary:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Domestic Voice Process Executive.
• Job Opening: Domestic Voice Healthcare Process Executive.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Healthcare Process team.
• This role involves patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day working with 2 split week offs.
• Rotational shifts for male employees.
• Day rotational shifts for female employees.
• No cab facility provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements.
• Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream).
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Gujrati is preferred.
• Note: Candidates above or equal to the age of 30 are not eligible.
