Job Description:

• First Source is Hiring For International Voice Process/Semi Voice Process Executive – Bangalore.
• Job Title: Customer Support Executive UK Process.
• Job Role: Customer & Technical Support International (UK Shift).
• Firstsource is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International UK Process team.
• This role involves providing both customer service and basic technical support to UK-based clients.
• Whether you’re a fresher or have experience, if you have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding support via voice, email, and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
• Offer clear and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep customer records updated and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th, 12th, or Graduation (Note: Candidates with BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degrees are not eligible).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills are a must.
• Technical Skills: Basic tech knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Must be adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
