Job Description:
- As an Inside Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support various sales initiatives and gain valuable experience in the IT services industry.
- This internship offers the opportunity to learn about sales strategies, customer relationship management, and the IT services market.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads using various tools and databases. Contribute to the development of targeted lists and campaigns.
- 2. Outbound Sales Activities: Participate in outbound calling and email campaigns to engage potential clients. Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
- 3. Customer Interaction: Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with proposal preparation.
- 4. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track sales activities and report on key metrics.
- 5. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings.
- 6. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports. Help organize and coordinate sales events and webinars.
- 7. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Stipend: 10,000/- per month (During Internship).
