Job Description:

• As an Inside Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support various sales initiatives and gain valuable experience in the IT services industry.
• This internship offers the opportunity to learn about sales strategies, customer relationship management, and the IT services market.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads using various tools and databases. Contribute to the development of targeted lists and campaigns.
• 2. Outbound Sales Activities: Participate in outbound calling and email campaigns to engage potential clients. Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
• 3. Customer Interaction: Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with proposal preparation.
• 4. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Track sales activities and report on key metrics.
• 5. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings.
• 6. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports. Help organize and coordinate sales events and webinars.
• 7. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Stipend: 10,000/- per month (During Internship).
