Job Description:

• Lennox International (LII) is hiring for Graduate Trainee – Chennai Location.
• Responsible for following processes and ensuring the data entered into the systems are accurate and timely and that SLAs are met.
• Identifies and resolves light and moderate complex production related errors in Apex Portal, EBX and SAP.
• Takes the time to understand and then can clearly communicate data quality issues specific for the data domain.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any under or postgraduate (preferably 2022 and 2023 pass out)
• Results oriented and a self-starter.
• Experience in data processing, quality assurance and process improvement.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP (Preferable).
• Knowledge in MS Excel (VLOOKUP function required).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and TEAMS.
• Must be a team player.
