Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Candidate to manage the end-to-end HR process support.
• Candidate will be responsible for interview coordination, documentation support while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational hiring goals.
• Work Location – Hyderabad (Somajiguda).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Postgraduate and Freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Co-ordinating onboarding formalities and new joiners formalities.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
