• Datavail is hiring for Trainee Database Administrator.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage support tickets using tracking dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Basic troubleshooting, resolving straightforward queries like logging tickets in tracking systems before escalating complex problems to L2 or L3.
• Assisting team members with day-to-day project operations.
• Resolving L1/L2 technical support tickets.
• Actively engaging in team brainstorming meetings and providing fresh perspectives.
• Escalate unresolvable or highly complex technical problems to Level 2 (L2) or Level 3 (L3) engineering teams with detailed notes.
