Job Description:

• VXI Global Solutions is hiring for the International Voice Process.
• Shift: Night shift (Rotational night shifts).
• Benefits: 2 Way cab facility will be Provided.
• 5 Days working & two days rotational off in a week.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Freshers and Experience (Min 6 months).

Must Have Skills:

• Under Graduates & Graduates are eligible for the role.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Self-confident and Motived.
• Should be flexible to work in graveyard shifts & rotational Shifts.
• Strong focus on providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support Voice for international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
• Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
• Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.
