Job Description: 

• We are delighted to invite your esteemed institution to participate in the Infosys Off Campus Recruitment Program for the class of 2026.
• Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles: Specialist Programmer (Trainee) and Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee).

Job Roles:

• Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee) – INR 21 LPA.
• Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee) – INR 16 LPA.
• Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee) – INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus.
• Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee) – INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Courses: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (5 years integrated), MSc (Mathematics).
• Eligible Specializations: Computer Science Engineering; Information Science & Engineering; Data Science/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning; Information Technology; Cybersecurity; Software Engineering; Electronics and Communication Engineering; Electronics and Electrical Engineering; Allied disciplines within Computer Science and Information Technology domains.
• Graduating Batch: 2026.

Recruitment Process:

The assessment process will be conducted in two stages:

• Round 1: Virtual Assessment – This round will be conducted online to evaluate candidates remotely.
• Round 2: In-person Assessment and Interview – Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be required to attend an in-person assessment at designated centres. This will be followed by an in-person interview.
• Both Round 1 and Round 2 will be three hours in duration and will include programming tasks of varying difficulty levels.
