Job Description:
- Novel Office is hiring for Quality Analyst – Bangalore.
- The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency across CRM/ERP systems by auditing call recordings, validating call outcomes, and reconciling discrepancies between the Data, Acquisition, and Sales teams.
- The role involves monitoring lead movement, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting process improvements to minimize errors and ensure smooth workflow adherence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Audit call recordings to verify call outcomes, ensure accurate data entry, and confirm that all updates are properly reflected in CRM/ERP systems.
- Cross-check and reconcile data discrepancies between Data, Acquisition, and Sales teams, ensuring alignment of lead status and system records.
- Validate completeness and accuracy of mandatory fields post-calls, while identifying and correcting missing, duplicate, or incorrect data entries.
- Monitor call disposition accuracy, follow-up status updates, and overall adherence to workflows and data entry SOPs.
- Perform daily reconciliation of records across systems, track pipeline consistency from lead acquisition to closure, and maintain QC reports.
- Analyze data discrepancies, identify error trends, and root causes, and generate reports on data accuracy, lead movement, and status changes.
- Flag inconsistencies or process violations to management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data mismatches efficiently.
- Maintain detailed logs of corrections, errors, and updates while supporting process improvements to reduce recurring data issues.
