Job Description:

• Movate Technologies is hiring for Trainee (Mapping).
• Job Type: Permanent (Full Time).
• Shifts: Rotational shifts and Rotational week offs.
• Transport: Two-way cab facility.
• Salary Details: 2.31 LPA.
• Work Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers (2022/2023/2024/2025 Passed Outs Only).
• Post Graduates – NOT Eligible to Apply.
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred.

Purpose of role:

• Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA.
• Understanding of Point of Interest will be added advantage.

Broad activities performed:

• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
• Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources.
• Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
• Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
• Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research.
• Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist.
• Close the ticket per process with appropriate closing actions.
