Job Description:

• Infinx Walkin For AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller).
• Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• An AR Caller is responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable by contacting patients and insurance companies, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
• Communication and Follow-Up: AR Callers contact insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid claims or bills, using phone calls and emails to ensure timely payment and resolution of discrepancies.
• Claim Management: They investigate denied or underpaid claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and initiate appeals or corrections to maximize reimbursement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Flexible to work for night shifts.
