Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Chat Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through chats.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Salary: Rs. 15000/- (take-home after deductions).
• Joining Date: 28th May 2026.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Office-based).

Salary:

• Chat High Skill Salary: 23000/- To 29000/- ( Take home after all deductions).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• Relevant experience in international process with customer interaction (on papers) is required.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong Written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.
