Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Mega Walkin Drive For Service Desk – Technical Support (International Voice).
• Designation: Associate.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Bahadurpally).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates.
• Work Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat).
• Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing).
• Must not be pursuing regular education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls for international customers.
• Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice.
• Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication.
• Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs).

Salary:

• Freshers: 2.4 LPA to 4.5 LPA (In between).
• Experienced: Up to 5 LPA (Minimum 1 Year – 5 Years).
